Agro–industrial park "Kazan" is a place of business activity. During its operation, the complex has been visited by more than 30 different delegations from the regions of Russia, countries of the near and far abroad, as well as local agricultural producers regularly hold meetings and plan events within the walls of the complex. Agro-industrial Park "Kazan" is a convenient platform for organizing seminars, lectures, business negotiations, conferences, various training events and symposiums.

The conference halls have plasma panels, multimedia equipment for events. There is also the possibility of a coffee break and a buffet.

Large conference hall - area of 200 sq. m, capacity of 100 people (up to 200 people with different seating options)

Meeting room - area of 50 sq. m, capacity up to 22 people
