Oleg Gennadievich was at the origin of the design of the idea of creating this facility, participated in the design of the complex, relying on the world experience in building business processes of such facilities. Since the opening of the park, the General Director is a representative link that carries out strategic asset and risk management, stands up for the protection of state interests, observing the selected principles in the work of the complex. During the formation of the agro-industrial park, thanks to the competent adjustment of the management strategy and the reorientation of target processes, the addition of additional links in the chain of implementation of the technological chain, the complex managed to remain economically viable, to earn the trust of Kazan residents and commodity-agricultural producers.
